  • 6 oz. fresh tuna steak
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 4 Tbs. butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. ground lemongrass
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients except for tuna in a bowl. Brush one side of tuna with glaze. Place tuna on hot saucepan over high heat with the glaze side down. Cook until half done. Brush top with more glaze and flip. Cook until center is pink. Use toppings of your choice when serving the burgers.
