Alfredo Couscous with Veggies
Serving Size / Yield
- one 10-oz. box plain couscous
- 2 C. celery, sliced
- 1 sweet red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- one 16-oz. jar Alfredo sauce
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine couscous, celery, bell peppers, Alfredo sauce, and 1 1/2 cups water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours and stir once or twice during cooking process.
