  • 1 (16 oz.) lasagna noodles
  • 1 (12 oz.) spinach
  • 2 (16 oz.) jars Alfredo-style pasta sauce
  • 4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 pts. ricotta cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Boil pasta and cook for 8 to 12 minutes. In a bowl, combine Alfredo sauce and spinach. In a baking dish, place lasagna noodles and pour the Alfredo sauce mixture. Sprinkle the shreds of mozzarella and ricotta cheese on top of the lasagna. Bake for about 45 to 55 minutes, until top is brown and crispy.
