Place the cooked macaroni in a 3 1/2-quart (or larger) slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Add 3 C. cheese, milk, eggs and seasonings to the macaroni; mix well. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 C. cheese, then cover and cook on the low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove the cover or stir until the mixture has finished cooking.

  • This is the TRISHA YEARWOD recipe!! Exceptyou add paprika also!! Look up Trisha Yearwood's Crock pot Mac and Cheese = the same!!! Also I DO NOT cook the macaroni before putting it in the crockpot, never have. My man WILL NOT eat any other mac & cheese, but this one!!

  • I made this for a picnic and it was a hit with everyone. I only cooked it for 5 hours and it turned out perfect.

  • Tried this the other evening and my husband doesn't usually like max and cheese loved it. I thought it had a great taste but was a little drier than I like. I will add extra milk next time. I cooked it for six hours and it was a little to brown so I will try it for five hours the next time I fix. Very much worth trying,

  • Quite good, my 4 year old ate 2 servings. Next time I'm thinking of adding a can of tomato soup!
