  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. Monterey jack cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 C. evaporated milk
  • 1 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 1 16-oz. jar mild salsa
  • 1 T. butter

Add butter to your crockpot. Once the butter has melted, stir in cornstarch until dissolved. Add in evaporated milk and cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add both grated cheeses and paprika. Stir until smooth and thick. Reduce to low heat and let cook for 30 minutes. Stir mixture and continue cooking for another hour.
