Almond Bisque
Ingredients
- 2 pints milk
- 1/2 pint blanched almonds, browned and ground
- 1 heaping Tbs. flour
- 1 Tbs. butter
Directions
Cook butter, flour and milk until thick Add almonds while fresh and warm Serve with whipped cream on each cup.
