Almond Cream Dip With Strawberries

If you are thinking about having some guests over and don’t have any clue what type of food you want to put out on your coffee table then try this. It is a wonderful and sweet mixture of the taste of almonds with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 pt. Strawberries, fresh
  • 1 package instant pudding mix, vanilla
  • 2 C. cream, heavy
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Almond extract

Directions

Wash strawberries, but do not hull. Pat them dry, and then chill. Combine the pudding mix and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Beat at high speed until soft peaks form (about eight minutes). Serve with strawberries.
