Almond Crescent Cookies

- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 cup ground almonds
- powdered sugar
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the extracts and mix again. Add the flour and ground almonds. Fold thoroughly.
Place heaping tablespoons of dough into your greased hands. Roll into a ball, and shape them into crescents, then place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
