If you can't sleep or don't like tea, this is great. Also good for insomnia.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. almond flavored syrup

Directions

In a saucepan, combine milk and almond syrup. Heat to desired temperature.

Yield: 2 servingsĀ
