Almond Joy Fudge
- 2 12-oz. pkgs semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 14-oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsps. vanilla extract
- 2 C. Almond Joy candy bars, cut into pieces
Butter an 8-inch square pan. Line with waxed paper to overhang pan. In pot, combine chips and milk over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat . Stir in vanilla. Cool 1 minute. Stir in Almond Joy candy bars until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
