Almond Oatmeal Bar

- 4 cups Oats
- 1 cup Flax Seeds
- 1 cup Chopped Almonds
- ½ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- ⅓ cup Turbinado Sugar or Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cup Blue Agave Sugar
- ⅓ cup Honey
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread oats, flax seeds and almonds on two large cookies sheets. Put in the oven and toast for 6 minutes.
Once toasted, place in an extra large mixing bowl.
Add peanut butter, sugars, honey and butter to a medium saucepan.
Stir until dissolved, then remove from heat. Add in vanilla.
Pour the sauce into oats in mixing bowl.
Use oil to grease one large cookie sheet.
Spread mixture evenly onto cookie sheet, pressing firm to seal throughout cookie sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until it starts to brown.
Let cool and then cut into bars.
