Amazing Almond Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup all purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic pepper
- 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
- 1 cup of ground almonds
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 sprigs of parsley
- Lemon wedges
- 8 pieces of tilapia fillets

Add the garlic pepper and lemon pepper to a bowl and beat the eggs into this mixture. Beat the entire mixture till it blends sufficiently. In a different bowl, add cheese and ground almond and stir until they blend well. Sprinkle the flour onto the tilapia fillet and then dip in the eggs, then press into the almond mixture.
Take a skillet and melt some butter in it using medium heat. Insert the tilapia fillet pieces onto this skillet and put it into the oven. Allow to cook for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. This is done on both sides so they both cook properly. The remaining ingredients such as cheese are sprinkled onto the tilapia as they continue to cook. Transfer to the serving tray once ready and then garnish the final product using parsley and lemon wedges.
