  • 1 Pound of Brussels Sprouts (without outer leaves or stems)
  • ½ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Pinch of Onion Powder
  • 1 Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, grease a baking dish and boil a large pot of water. Cook the brussel sprouts for about 10 minutes.

Next, combine your pinches of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Chop up all of the brussel sprouts and then toss them with the spices before your grease your baking dish and place the veggies in there.
