After Thanksgiving dinner were always left with so many leftovers, ham being one of them! These ham and cheese crepes are a perfect snack the day after. That is if you have room!

  • Crepes:
  • 1 C. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ C. water
  • ½ C. milk
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 8 slices of cheese

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Slowly add in the milk, water the salt and butter. Heat a lightly greased frying pan over a medium heat. Pour the mixture into the frying pan, enough to cover a thin layer of the pan. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Once done, place a slice of ham and cheese on the crepe and fold it. Do this until all of the mixture is used up. Place the rolled crepes back onto the pan so that the cheese and ham melt together. Serve with a pickle and enjoy!
