Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pork butts
  • 6 medium Yukon potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium white onion, julienned
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • ¾ C. chicken stock
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Dice the pork butts into 1 in. cubes. Season them with salt and pepper. Brown them in a skillet on medium high. Place them in a slow cooker with the chicken stock. After 5 hours on low, add in the rest of the veggies and rosemary. Continue to cook this for an additional 2 hours on low.
