2-4 servings


  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Envelope Raspberry Gelatin
  • 2½ cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 C. Fresh Raspberries, to top

Place milk in a small bowl, sprinkle with gelatin and stir. Let stand about 5 minutes until the gelatin is softened. In a large saucepan, combine cream, sugar and vanilla extract. Bring just to a simmer, but do not let boil, whisking occasionally until sugar has completely dissolved, then remove from heat. Add the softened gelatin mixture and whisk to completely dissolve the gelatin. Strain hot cream mixture into a large glass measuring cup with a pouring spout, then pour into ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set. In a large saucepan, combine ingredients for the sauce. Cook over medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Top with fresh raspberries.
