Cutting into a chicken kiev is a delightful sight to see. The oozing cheese makes up for the preparation process. It’s truly a culinary masterpiece.

Mix the butter, tarragon, parsley, chervil, zests, salt, and pepper. Place this to the side. Flatten your chicken breast. Take one chicken breast and place the sliced ham and cheese on top and roll it, like a log. Beat your eggs. Place the rolled chicken in the beaten egg. Dip it in the breadcrumbs, and repeat the process. Add oil to the crockpot. Add each breast into the crockpot. Let cook for 4 hours or until it is cooked thoroughly. Warm up the first mixture you made and add this to each serving if preferred.
