  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ½ tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 4 lbs. chicken wings
  • 6 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 1/3 C. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • ½ Tbs. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes

Preheat grill to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt and Cajun seasoning. Toss wings in mixture to coat evenly. Place on grill, having wings close together and touching. Flip every 4-5 minutes for 20-22 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine butter, hot sauce, vinegar, honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk together and stir occasionally. Once the wings are cooked, place sauce in a large mixing bowl with the wings and toss together.

Serve warm and with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
