Ambrosial Apricot Punch

Very sweet and creamy, this punch has a different fruit taste than the typical punch and a bit of club soda really gives it a lift.

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1 48 oz. can apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1 32 oz. bottle club soda, chilled
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Mint leaves (optional)

In medium punch bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and honey.  Slowly stir in apricot nectar.  Just before serving add club soda and scoops of ice cream, if desired.  Garnish with mint leaves.  Refrigerate any leftovers.

Yield: 3 quarts
