Ambrosial Apricot Punch
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 C. honey
- 1 48 oz. can apricot nectar, chilled
- 1 32 oz. bottle club soda, chilled
- Vanilla ice cream
- Mint leaves (optional)
Directions
In medium punch bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and honey. Slowly stir in apricot nectar. Just before serving add club soda and scoops of ice cream, if desired. Garnish with mint leaves. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Yield: 3 quarts
