8 Burgers


  • 2 lb. lean ground chuck formed into 8 evenly distributed patties
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 2 T. canola oil
  • 1 Vidalia onions
  • 5-6 bacon strips
  • 8 American cheese slices
  • Romaine lettuce in bite size pieces
  • 2 Lg. Tomatoes sliced heartily
  • Your favorite burger toppings

Heat a griddle pan over medium high heat. Season both sides of burger patties evenly to taste. Cook for three to five minutes or until to desired wellness, set on a paper towel lined plate, place cheese on top of burgers and let cool. Toast burger buns by brushing oil on inside of buns and place them in a skillet and let them toast for about two minutes or until toasted.
