  • 4 lb. pork baby back ribs, trimmed
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 C. BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 C. cider vinegar

Begin by rubbing the ribs with salt, pepper and rosemary. In a medium bowl, mix BBQ sauce and cider vinegar. Place ribs in slow cooker. Coat ribs with sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until ribs are tender. Serve up and enjoy.
