Amish Sour Cream Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 C. cornmeal
- 1 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs. melted butter
- 1 C. sour cream
- 4 Tbs. milk
Directions
Stir flour and meal. Add soda, tartar, salt and sugar. Stir. Add beaten egg, cream, milk and melted butter. This is a thick lumpy mixture. Bake in a square pan in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.
