  • 1 pkg angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • Juice of one lime
  • Red peppers for garnish

On stove, cook pasta for approximately 10 minutes. Season water with salt. At the same time, combine ingredients for meat sauce in pan. Simmer until meat is cooked through. In large serving bowl, add in pasta with meat sauce on top. Squeeze juice of one lime over the completed dish. Garnish with chopped red pepper if desired. Serve.
