Angel Hair Pasta with Crab and Herb Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 C. olive oil
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 C. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 28 oz. can whole plum tomatoes, undrained and finely chopped
- 1 12 oz. package angel hair Pasta, uncooked
- 2 6 oz. cans crabmeat, drained
Directions
In large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion; cook until soft about 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add wine and seasonings. Heat to boiling; Cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes with juice; return to boiling. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot pasta with sauce and crabmeat and serve immediately.
