An extra-moist way to make corn bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 small pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick of butter

Directions

Mix and put in square dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The last 10 minutes you can add grated cheese.
