Anniversary Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 6 skinless, boneless Perdue Perfect Portions chicken breasts
- 1/2 C. teriyaki basting sauce
- 1/2 C. ranch style salad dressing
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1/2 can bacon bits (I used real bacon bits)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, heat ol over med high heat. Add chicken breasts and saute 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing & onion. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear. Add cheese & bacon bits. Take out of oven when cheese is melted.
