Appealing Chicken Potstickers With Parsley

- 2 lbs. ground white meat chicken
- 1/2 cup of green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves, minced
- 1/3 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- pinch of sugar
- 1 egg white
- 4 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 package wonton skins, 12 skins
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except chicken broth, soy sauce, parsley and wonton skins. This will be your wonton filling.
Rinse each wonton with water and then fill them with one tablespoon of the wonton mixture. Then, make a half-circle shape with the wonton skin by pinching them together. The edges should crease.
In a large skillet, cook the 12 wontons. Each side should cook for three minutes over medium heat. Then, add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the pan. Cover the lid as the wontons marinate. Do this for 4-5 minutes. Uncover them until the liquid is dissolved. Repeat this pattern until all the liquid has been absorbed. Once the pattern is complete, place the wontons in a bowl. Take the chopped parsley and toss it in the same bowl for some extra flavor.
