  • 1 C. onions, diced
  • 3 C. potatoes, diced
  • 3 C. cooked corned beef, diced
  • 4 T. butter
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Dice the onions and potatoes if you haven’t yet. In a skillet, let the butter melt. Add the onions and potatoes into a skillet. Let them sauté. Add in the diced cooked corned beef. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. While the mixture browns, cook the eggs in a separate skillet. Once cooked, place them onto the corned beef hash. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy.
