Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and chicken broth in bowl. Add cut up or shredded chicken. In separate bowl, melt butter and mix with 2 rolls of crushed Ritz crackers. Lightly grease 9x12-inch Pyrex dish. Pour in chicken mixture then top with buttery Ritz crackers. Sprinkle generously with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
