Apple and Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 C. chocolate
- 2 Tbs. sweet cream butter
- 2 medium apples
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- pinch salt
- 2 1/4 medium apples, minced very finely (pureed also works)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and liberally grease a baking pan. Melt chocolate in the microwave by mixing every 10 seconds. Allow to cool. Add sugar, salt, and set aside.
Add eggs to the mix gradually, mixing with a hand mixer. Add the minced or pureed apples, and pour into the greased baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and cooked through. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
