  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 potato diced
  • 1 cup of pancake/Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of bacon bits or 2 bacon strips

First you will heat your oven to 375°F and spray your 9x9 or 11x7 pan. Then, in a medium bowl, stir eggs, pancake mix, and milk together until fully mixed. Next, you will mix your potatoes, apples, and bacon into a different bowl. After, you will pour your milk, egg, and pancake bowl into the pan and cook for 10 minutes and then take pan out of oven. Then, you will pour your apples, bacon, and potatoes over top. You will leave the pan in the oven for about 15-20 more minutes. Then it is ready to serve!
