Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 C. apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 C. raisins
  • 1/2 C. nuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine sugar, flour, and baking soda.  Add eggs and chopped apples to dry ingredients.  Stir in raisins and nuts.  Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.  Bake 40-45 minutes.  Cool and dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
