  • 1 C. apple butter
  • 1 C. pumpkin
  • 3/4 C. evaporated milk.
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine apple butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Add eggs and mix well. Add milk gradually. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes.

  • I watched the video and added one can evaporated milk. My family loved it. I will be fixing this pie for any family get together. Someone should correct the recipe so everyone can enjoy it.

  • I made the recipe using the ingredients listed. Even without the milk (since I didn't know how much of what kind) the pie turned out, still tasting great. I'll try the milk next time.

  • I DO NOT see that this recipe calls for milk in the list of ingredients and yet it tells you to mix the milk in slowly. What happened???? The redhead
