Apple Cheddar Chicken
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can spiced apples (can also use fresh)
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1 jar cheddar cheese sauce or 1 can cheddar cheese soup (use milk to thin)
Place chicken in ovenproof dish. Drain apples and place on top of chicken. Place crushed Ritz crackers on top of apples. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until chicken is done. When ready to serve, add cheese soup to top.
