  • 4 cooked shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 apples
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • ½ chopped red onion
  • 3 stalks chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons creamy salad dressing
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 24 slices bread
  • Lettuce

Cut the apples into small chunks. In a large bowl, toss the chicken, apple chunks, red onion, celery, walnuts, and lemon juice. In another bowl, whisk the salad dressing, mayonnaise, and yogurt together. Combine the two bowls and stir until completely mixed. Spoon the chicken salad onto half the slices of bread and top with lettuce and another slice of bread to assemble the sandwiches.
