  • 1 C. + 2 T. all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1.5 oz. (approx. 2 packets) apple cider powder
  • ½ C. butter
  • 1 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. apples, diced small
  • 1 C. Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat an 8x8 baking dish in cooking spray, butter, or any other type of agent that will help the blondies not stick. In a smaller bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt and apple cider powder and set aside. Melt butter in a microwave and transfer to large bowl when fully melted. Mix in brown sugar until smooth, then add egg and vanilla, again combining until smooth. Add in flour mixture in small amounts, whisking until smooth and fully incorporated. Fold in diced apples gently then pour full combination into prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are light brown and middle is fully set. Let cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top before cutting.
