Apple Cider Corned Beef and Cabbage
- 1 medium large packaged corn beef with seasonings
- 1 jug apple cider
- 1 head cabbage, cored and quartered
- 4 carrots, peeled and halved
- 4 new potatoes
Place corned beef and seasonings in a crock pot, cover with apple cider, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When done, ladle juice from crock pot into a Dutch oven half full and add about 2-3 cups more water and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Slice corned beef and transfer along with vegetables to a serving platter.
