  • 2 lb. pork, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 apple, peeled and cut into thick slices
  • 3/4 C. apple cider
  • 1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. packed brown sugar

Season pork with garlic, salt and pepper. Place pork in crockpot and add apple slices. Mix cider, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until pork is tender.
