Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork, boneless and shredded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 C. apple cider
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar

Directions

Mix meat with salt, pepper, thyme and flour. Place pork, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, onions and apple in crockpot. Mix apple cider and vinegar in bowl. Pour over mixture in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
