  • 1 C. white cabbage, sliced
  • 1 C. red cabbage, sliced
  • 1 C. orange carrots, chopped
  • 1 C. puple carrots, chopped
  • 1 C. radish, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
