  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 C vegetable oil
  • 2 T. salt
  • 1.2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 T. poultry seasoning
  • 1 T. garlic paste

Crack eggs into a large bowl, then add in all ingredients and whisk together or use an electronic hand mixer to blend faster. Take the meat you wish to marinate and submerge into marinade completely coating the meat. Refridgerate and let meat sit in the marinade for 1- 24 hours. The longer the meat marinates the more tender it will be. Once meat is done marinating it can be made many different ways.
