  • 2 C rolled oats
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 apple; sliced
  • ½ C apple sauce
  • ½ C milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ C mable syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ C coconut oil; melted and cooled
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon powder

Preheat the oven to 350 F and lightly grease a baking pan.

Take a bowl and combine the oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Then add in the apple sauce, milk, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well and finally add in the coconut oil and stir until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and evenly spread. Finally top it off with the apple slices.

Allow the dish to bake for about 30 minutes. Remove and cool for and extra 5 minutes and serve warm. You can even sprinkle over more cinnamon powder before serving.
