With a fresh maple syrup, these pancakes will be a hit for a late morning meal. Garnish the sweet pancakes with apples on top!

  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. quick oats
  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. apple, shredded
  • 3/4 C. cinnamon chips

Preheat your griddle to 300 degrees F. Mix honey, eggs, vanilla and milk well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats baking powder, salt and apples. Stir mixtures together. Add cinnamon chips. Stir until well combined into a batter. Butter griddle and pour about 1/3 C. batter. Cook until bubbles start to form and flip. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove. Continue until all the batter is used. Serve with syrup.
