  • 3 CT pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • ½ cup corn syrup

Preheat the oven for at 350° F.
For dough:
On a clean, floured surface, roll out the pizza dough using a rolling pin. When the dough is an 1/8-inch-thick, pour the melted butter generously on top of the dough, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top.
Divide dough in half and roll each piece into a 12 x 10-inch rectangle. Let rest.
Cut apples into fine slices and place on top of rectangles.

For filling:
Mix brown sugar, sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter with a pastry blender until it thickens to a paste. Sprinkle over apples.
Then roll up dough jelly roll fashion from long side. Slice into 8 portions, making sure each roll is 1-1/2 inches thick. Repeat with remaining dough.
For topping:
Place butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until melted.
Pour the sauce over the sliced rolls and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve.
