  • 3 C. chopped tart apples
  • 2 C. fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 C. granulated sugar
  • 1/3 C. whole wheat flour
  • 1 C. oats
  • 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. canola oil

Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease the inside of four ramekins. In a medium bowl, combine apples, cranberries, and granulated sugar. Toss to coat, and use the back of a spoon to lightly mash fruit. Distribute mixture evenly into your prepared ramekins. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until a crumbled mixture forms. Sprinkle on top of each fruit-filled ramekin. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
