Apple Crisp

I make this frequently but since some people don't care for pumpkin I sometimes make this as a dessert for Thanksgiving. Everyone likes the apples but the best thing about this dessert is the really crunchy topping. It is a very quick and easy recipe. It is great eaten plain, or with milk poured over it or with vanilla ice cream.
