Apple Crispies

When I peel apples for apple sauce, I save the peels. I shake them in a paper bag with cinnamon sugar. Then I put them on my dehydrator until they are crunchy. The kids love them.

Use an apple peeler to get thin peels. Shake in a bag of cinnamon sugar, to coat. Place in dehydrator until dry and crispy.
