Apple-Horseradish Sauce

This is excellent used as a condiment for pork dishes.

Ingredients

  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 2 oz. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 oz. white wine

Directions

Grate the apples and moisten them with vinegar. Add the horseradish and paprika. Thin to the desired consistency with the wine.

Yield: 1 pint
