Apple Pie Bread (Bread Machine)

Easy to throw in the machine, this bread comes out hot and steamy every time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. milk (or a little more)
  • 2 Tbs. oil or butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. bread flour
  • 1 tsp. yeast
  • 1/2 medium apple-peeled and diced (Granny Smith holds up especially well)

Directions

Add ingredients in the order your bread machine requires. Process on specialty bread. Add all ingredients except apples. When your machine specifles, add apples. Suggest medium crust.
