These apple pie bites will make your day! Each one is filled with sweet and tart apple filling inside a crisp crust.

  • 4 Apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ¼ Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
  • 1½ Tbs. All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ⅛ Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pie Crust Dough

Preheat the oven based on the pie crust instructions.
Combine the apples, sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
Start cutting circles into the pie crust dough using a large drinking glass or round cookie cutter.
Now, start placing half of the circles inside a greased muffin pan.
Make sure to stretch the dough so the edges extend above the pan.
Pour the apple mixture into each crust.
Top the pies with the leftover dough circles and seal by pressing dough together along the edges.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
